The system is to simply replace the present Cabinet of wood substrate used and deploy the SS Cabinet which provides certain distinct advantages of ease with Rapid Installation at the Customer’s site. This requires the Channel Associate to necessarily have a background of Modular Furniture and fixtures with staff who are already in place with adequate experience of at least 5 Years. SS 304 Grade Tusker cabinets are with Pre-Machined Holes as per System 32 its easy to assemble functional Hardware at site and the present day Carpenters & Installers can easily achieve this by deploying Hardware in the System 32 holes, which Compliments Motion. Added Advantage is that the Stainless Steel Module/ Cabinet outlives the Hardware, which can be replaced even after a few Decades of use…..!
The Modules in the Completely Knocked down form needs to be assembled with a Specliazed Tool which are Rivets & Thread Inserts of a specific size.
The Kitchen Provider has to simply procure the Modules and install them as per the Design chosen & thereafter fit the Hardware within the cabinet, the Screws used are M4 Thread. In short the present carpenters also can replace the conventional cabinetry with the SS Modules as the sequence of Installation is the same after the Modules are assembled and the Thread insert collars are fitted in the desired holes for fixing of Hardware.
The Cost Impact of including the SS Modules is anywhere between 10 to 30% Higher ( Depends on a width of SS Modules chosen) than a Cabinet of Marine Plywood with a Laminate stuck on both sides.
Tusker Modules are rapid assembly since all the Predrilled machined holes not only assist assembly but also is compatible with the Hardware chosen and cabinet Connecting screws are fastened in the unused Linear Holes.
Once the Modules are placed as per the desired Layout & spirit level is set the Functional elements could be fitted in the conventional Procedure. The Thread inserts provided is compatible with the universal M4 screws for firm fitting of the hardware within the cabinet.
Highlight of the Innovation is that an average Carpenter could easily do the assembly as majority of the Present Hardware from the European or of the Indian Origin is compatible using the same traditional Methodology followed by the carpenters.
