  • Yes, you can, but it is recommended that you get it done from an authorized Business Channel Partner of Tusker as it needs specific skill and special tools for putting the steel parts of the module together.

The arranging of modules directly depends on the layout, the shape, the length & widths available.

It usually starts off with choosing the corners first and then come the adjacent cabinets of varying widths.

Its preferred to leave dummy space at the corner cabinets. However, it’s important to note that this space, however, is covered by the worktop/platform of the kitchen.

The SS 304 is a time tested alloy and due to its inherent properties, it ensures hygiene in your kitchen. Not just that, it is easy to maintain and does not decay unlike wood and wood composites. It’s very unlikely to act as a host for pests such as Cockroaches, Lizards, Rodents, Termites, Spiders and so on.

No, we do not design kitchens; we provide cabinets/ Modules which are arranged together as per layout to form a modular kitchen.

Once your site is ready and the design is frozen, it should take a maximum of one week to complete the kitchen. With the choice of SS Modules, it can be even done in three days as it is a team work involving assembly and placement of Cabinets, the gas piping, plumbing, electrical and the platform laying with the cladding of tiles.

  • Maintenance depends on the quality of assembly, especially of the Internal Functional Mechanisms
  • SS modules can be washed with a mild detergent and hot water as often as needed
  • Functional hardware can be changed if needed even after a few decades of use
  • The maintenance needed is for the hardware, fronts & shutters and the plumbing electrical works
  • The modules will never rust as it is Stainless Steel 304 Grade, and is washable with hot water & detergent-but not with acids

The Hardware is the same as is being used right now. The only difference is the SS Modules require a few types of specialized tools to assemble at site, later, to which the hardware is assembled using Machine screws of M4 size.

Yes, in fact it is the safest material. Wood composites such as ply wood, particle board, medium density fiber board, high density fiber board & laminates have emissions of resins which are carcinogenic, as organic food raw material and cooked food absorb these emissions.

This can sometimes be easily noticed with the change in odour, especially with newly made furniture.

This way, the modules are not eco-friendly, degrades over a period of time and are not retro-fittable.

One can persist with the existing type. We recommend Hi-Macs from LG Hausys as it is an easily machinable material at site. After installation, it is seamless, which means the edges and joints are fused to make it leak proof and can be used as a backsplash too. It is advisable from the functional role of a worktop and also can be buffed when it develops scratches.

Shutters & draw fronts could be solid wood. As a platform, we could use the solid non porous polished surface from LG Hausys; the granite could be of any colour that makes it look more aesthetic.
